It might be a coincidence that the girl, Anisa Scott, who went trending on a video praying to end the gun violence in 2016, died due to the same cause on 18 August 2020. On 11 August 2020, the 11-year-old girl was on a car ride in Madison, Wisconsin, when she struck in the crossfire of a shooting between two vehicles. And it became Anisa's cause of death, that she never wanted.
As per the Madison Police Department, Anisa Scott got hospitalized with life-threatening injuries immediately after the incident. The police report claims that the driver of Anisa Scott's car was the prime target of the shootings in Wisconsin. Scott got shot in the head and placed medically induced coma became the tenth person to die of homicide in Madison, Wisconsin, in 2020.
Consequently, Anisa Scott is no longer with us, and her video from 2016 is gaining more and more attention recently. The footage features the 7-year-old Anisa Scott (back in 2016) kneeling beside her bed and praying to God to put an end to gun violence and killings.
'I want to go outside and play like a 7-year-old is supposed to do. I don't want to die,' Scott said in the video that her father, Rafael Ragland, recorded four years back. Concerning the death of Anisa Scott, her dad mentioned she believed God could fix the issues that she prayed to be fixed. But the praying backfired at her, which devastates him.
Anisa Scott will be laid to rest on 22 August 2020, as per the President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County, Michael Johnson. Also, the family, as well as the club member, will have a unity march to celebrate her life, which will start at 11 a.m. at the State Capitol.

Andre P. Brown is under-18, but still, the adult court has original jurisdiction over Brown because of the crime severity he allegedly did. Both the suspects are at Dane County Jail, as of now. In the case of Perion R. Carreon, he does not have an attorney to speak on his behalf.
And still, the investigation of the crime is on the process, and the Madison Police Department mentioned that it's Violent Crimes Unit 'cannot rule out the possibility of additional arrests.'
