History suggests mother-figure as a loving and caring personality, but Stacey Castor came out as a monster. What she did was a total talk of mess during the time of incident back in 2007. She was found guilty of massacring her then-husband, David Castor, and attempting to murder her own daughter, Ashley Wallace, her own blood and flesh.

Reports claimed that she killed her husband by poisoning with antifreeze in 2005 and trying to murder Ashely with crushed pills on vodka, orange juice, and Sprite in 2007.

Not only that, Stacey was suspected of having murdered her first husband, Michael Wallace, in 2000. Many nicknamed her 'Black Widow' for her unforgivable deeds to own family.

Here are some of the things you need to know about Stacey Castor.

2) Stacey Was Found Guilty Of Murdering Her Husband

Stacey Castor is an American convicted murderer who was born on 24 July 1967 in Clay, New York, in the United States. She was found guilty of murdering her second husband, David Castor, in 2007 after a couple of years of his death (2005).

Previously, she married Michael Wallace in 1988 after they dated for three years from 1985. They welcomed their first daughter, Ashley Wallace, in the same year they tied their marital bond. They were also parents to their second child, Bree Wallace.

After twelve years of their marriage, Michael died in 2000, after which she got married to David Castor in 2003. It appears that their married life did not run well as Stacey took a huge but bad decision in her life. She killed David by poisoning.

She had been serving in prison until 2016 before her death.

3) She Tried To Kill Her Daughter

After the death of David Castor, authorities suspected Stacey for the cause. Investigations were launched by wiretapping her house and setting up cameras around the graves of her husbands. Both of her husbands were laid to rest next to one another.

After not acquiring much evidence, the Police department exhumed the buried body of Stacey's first husband, Michael, from the grave for testing. The reports showed that he got killed by both poisoning and antifreeze.

The Police also visited her daughter, Ashley, at her college, which she (Ashley) elaborated to Stacey. Sources revealed that Stacey called Ashley home for a drink where she mixed the crushed pills on Vodka and Sprite.

Ashley was found unconscious by her sister Bree Wallace, and she was thirty minutes away from death when she reached the hospital. Interestingly, the Police found a typed death note signed by Ashley, admitting that she killed her father and stepfather.

However, the cunning idea of Stacey was proved wrong with the help of her computer with timestamps that showed the notes were written when Ashley was at her college. Stacey paid the heavy price for the crime.

4) Stacey Was Sentenced 51 Years Of Imprisonment

The prosecutors of her case reported that she took the life of her spouse for money. Previously, she cashed out in their life insurance policies and also got convicted of changing David's will to exclude a son from his first marriage out of insurance.

Authorities arrested Stacey in 2007; however, she was sentenced in 2009 for the second-degree murder, murder attempt, and forgery. For murdering David Castor, Stacey got charge of 25 years of the sentence and another 25 years added for attempting to kill her daughter, Ashley Wallace. Similarly, 11/3 to 4 years of prison was announced against her for the forging of the will.

Stacey was found dead at 6:48 a.m. on 11 June 2016; however, the reason behind her death remained a mystery. Authorities carried out several medical experiments to find out the possible reason for her demise. Later, the Bedford Hills County released the reason for her death as a heart attack.

Also, the Bedford Hills County released her body to a funeral home and laid to rest in Owasco as per her wishes.
