The 'Below Deck' show on 27 January 2020 had some fueling irritation to the apology of an American journalist.

Former ESPN host Jemele Hill made returned to television on 27 January on Bravo's 'Below Deck' where she asked the chief stewardess Kate Chastain if the group was 'getting on her nerves.' Kate kept the moment simple, stating that Jemele and her friends were her favorite charter guests, although she did not like Jemele's comment. 

Later, Jemele apologized to Kate, stating that she judged Kate prematurely. After settling the moment, the episode was directed to heavy drinking, a pe*is-shaped cake, and crew infighting. 

Jemele, age 45, made a guest appearance on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen' to talk about the episode on 'Below Deck' and the apology.

Jemele Hill joined ESPN as a television personality and sports journalist in November 2006. She served for nearly twelve years contributing to the channel until September 2018.

She co-anchored the shows like The Sports ReportersOutside the Lines, First Take, and SportsCenter along with Michael Smith. During her long tenure at ESPN, Jemele famously gained attention after she called President Donald Trump a 'white supremacist' on Twitter. She wrote:

"Jerry Jones also has created a problem for his players, specifically the black ones. If they don't kneel, some will see them as sellouts."

ESPN later confirmed the suspension of Jemele Hill for two weeks for violating the network's social media guidelines.
