She showed off her unbelievable fitness level for her age in the latest Instgarm post. She shared a photo of her in a very revealing bikini in her instagram showing her strong and lean supermodel figure.
Christie confidently showed off her fabulous body in a black bikini in front of a mirror applying a lip gloss in the latest Instagram post. She wrote her necessities in the caption that said, "Hat, Sunblock, SBLA Lip Plump and Sculpt and Gratitude."
Christie Brinkley had broken her arm during the rehearsel of Dancing With the Stars in 2019 and reveaed last year that she felt overwhelmed by the number of injuries she was dealing with and realized that she just needed to start with one thing and keep moving forward. She said, "I took action, fixed my hip, got the total replacement, and I am overjoyed to be able to move my body again. I am getting stronger day and I like think I'm ready for anything..a hike, swim dive, paddle, ride, ski, and eben a big piece of birthday cake! Hey I can work it off!"

Christie Brinkley has shared her important beauty tips in the recent now-deleted Instagram post where she shared a video of her relaxing in the beach wearing a navy white stripped cover up over a bikin tip and an oversized hat with glowing skin. She wrote, "The words to this song are my wish for you...and I'm going to add an important beauty tip I wish I had heard sooner. protect your skin while enjoying your sewwt happy life. Be sure to use SPF everyday. I'm wearing SPF 50, a swimsuit with long-sleeved sun protection, and a hat!"
She had also shared that she exfoliates her face everyday and said in an interview with Byrdie, "That's something I've done for the past 40 years. I feel like it's really contributed to my skin feeling fresh and smooth. Forty years ago, I read an article that said men always look five years younger than women who are the same age. They contributed that to them shaving everyday, and the daily exfolaiting with shaving their skin makes them look younger."

The 67 year old supermodel has always remained open about her diets in many of her interviews with various magazines. She had shared with NY Mag how she tried some pretty weird diets in the beginning but admiited that the onlu thing that really lasts well is a well balanced diet. She added that she starts her everyday with warm lemon water before making coffee in the morning.
Christie has shared how she is a vegetarian and loves to have a salad with whatever grain or bean is lfetover from dinner. She also loves to make juice mixing Kale, lime juice, orange juice and avocado. She also shared with Harpers, "My favorite dish is brown rice with lentils, roasted red and yellow peppers, and fennel with a sweet potato and a salad on the side."
The supermodel, Christie had also shared about her health issues leading to quarantine weight gain and wrote how she couldn't do downward dogs, planks, push ups and her hip was getting worse with each passing year. She said that long bike rides left her limping and she started to feel limited. She shared, "With quarantine came bananas breads and the inevitable extra pounds."
