Leon Harris Charged With DUI Over The Weekend After Car Crash

The journalist Leon Harris has been charged with a DUI after he allegedly crashed into a car in Montogomery County, Maryland, on Saturday. His vehicle struck another car in the evening, as reported by the police.

The police reported that the anchor Leon was driving along Bradley Boulevard near River Road when his car struck another vehicle that collided with a third car. According to NBC Washington, Leon tried to leave the scene when the police arrived, but he was eventually stopped, and when he failed a sobriety test, a breathalyzer test found his blood-alcohol concentration was twice the limit which is 0.08%.

Ultimately, NBC4 anchor Leon Harris allegedly crashed into a car, and it was a two-car crash. As per the reports of News4, Leon was charged with driving under the influence. He would also be pulled from the show as the investigation starts, and it is still unclear if there were any injuries during the crash.
