Tammy Lynn Sytch reportedly got arrested in Keansburg, New Jersey, in mid-January 2022. She was accused of making terrorist threats and lawfully possessing a weapon.

According to court records, the former WWE Hall of Famer Tammy was taken into custody at the Monmouth County jail on 13 January. Furthermore, she was hit with two charges of illegally possessing a weapon and one charge of terroristic threats. The alleged weapon didn't appear like a firearm.

The New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice has degrees instead of felonies and misdemeanors. The lower the degree, the more potential jail or prison time a defendant faces.

In the case of Sunny, aka Tammy, her weapon charges are classified as third-degree, which will carry a possible three to a five-year prison term, and the threats charge carry one year sentence as it is in the fourth degree. 

This is not the first time that Tammy has been arrested. Back in February 2019, she was arrested for the sixth time for a DUI charge. She also spent about eight months in jail in 2018.

Tammy got arrested five times in one month in 2012 for violating an order of protection against her on three occasions. She got arrested in 2013 and was jailed for four months. She again got arrested three times for DUI in 2015. She was arrested for more DUI charges in 2016, 2018, and 2019.

She was also involved in drug issues and was arrested for violating a restraining order.

Tammy also used to date Meet Entrepreneur Mitch Valentine in 2015. Not many details have been surfaced regarding their relationships.

She then went on dating James Jones in 2021. In her since-deleted posts, she ranted about how her boyfriend didn't pay for her birthday activities and claimed that she lost about $7,000.
