The former UConn star and current Chicago Sky center, Stefanie Dolson, could not believe the truth as her entire family is tested positive with the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

In an interview during the WNBA Draft on 17 April 2020, she revealed the saddest truth citing that she, along with her family, has been the prey of burning deadly virus.

Stefanie is the second WNBA player to come up with the big revelation after Los Angeles Sparks guard Sydney Wiese, who tested positive in March 2020.

As per Stephanie, she did got contact with Coronavirus last month (March); however, she had not laid off the full information. But recently she disclosed the health crisis going in her family and mentioned:

"This virus has hit pretty close to home. About a month ago, my whole family and I, we all tested positive for the virus, and it hit us pretty hard. My mom, she ended up being admitted into the hospital for about four days. She had severe symptoms, pneumonia. But because of the team of healthcare workers that was there, she’s home safe now and healthy."

Nevertheless, she did thank all the health workers who have been working to defeat the disease without the sake of their health.

Stefanie hails from the United States, which stands first on the coronavirus dashboard. However, several medical agencies and people around the world have been working to bring the life-threatening virus down.
