Russell Wilson appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday night with his wife, Ciara, looking all stunning in head-to-toe black ensembles. During his appearance, he confessed that he spent a staggering $1 million a year on his body and staying in shape shocked everyone.

Staying in amazing shape actually came with a very hefty price tag for the Seattle Seahawks quarterback. He shared that it was a process and a lifestyle for him. He explained that he was trying to play until 45, so for that, it was needed. Then, Jimmy pointed out that he still had 12 years, but Russell answered that the mentality, focus level and everything he had had to be surrounded by that for him. He added it had been an amazing journey for him so far.

Russell also shared that his wife was all in it with him and didn't scold him for spending $1 million a year on his body. The couple appeared on the show for the promotion of their debut children's book titled, Why Not You? The book's purpose was to inspire young readers to see the value in themselves, to be brave and go after their biggest dreams.

The couple was inspired by their children and started the Why Not You Foundation in 2014. The pair took to Instagram on 1 March to celebrate their book's debut, and Ciara wrote, "WHYNOTYOU?Is the attitude we want every child to have just like we did growing up!"
