It appears that WWE has a new face to show.
The Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin reported that the longtime New England Patriots' tight end Rob Gronkowski is close to signing a deal with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). He further mentioned that Rob, with a height of 6 feet and 6 inches tall, could make his WWE debut at the fall of March 2020 in Friday Night Smackdown in New Orleans.
Rob, age 30, has a history of wrestling on his account. He previously helped his friend Mojo Rawley win the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
Rob was also seen with Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Rawley, and coach Bill Chechik at the Super Bowl party in February 2020, which might be the initiation of his entrance to the wrestling world.

Behind all these scenes, Rob and WWE have not signed any deal yet, and the terms are also kept confidential. Rob is believed to appear in the WWE soon.
