During Wednesday night's NBA Draft, the NBA teams had the opportunity to grab some of the finest young basketball players. However, the later period saw the team's gamble on little-known prospects and junior college risks; Myles Powell and Markus Howard still got undrafted. Despite being the top players of the Big East Conference and the rest of the NCAA throughout their four years career, they went undrafted. Both were on consensus first-team All-Americans last season.

However, fans got angry with the NBA Teams for not drafting them into the professional NBA Draft despite their proven career statistics. Powell and Howard have a combined of more than 5,000 career points.

One fan wrote on Twitter, 'Myles Powell and Markus Howard, two first-team All-Americans who scored a combined 5,000 collegiate points, just went undrafted. Geez,' while the other added 'As a heavily accoladed athlete, it sucks to see Myles Powell & Markus Howard go undrafted. Giving metrics & athleticism an opportunity over the body of work, skill & heart is criminal & is watering down the NBA. Unfair & I hope guys like them find their way through the politics.'
