Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra was in a hurry to finish the obligatory post-game interview on Sunday as he intended to celebrate with his team. Miami Heat won the Eastern Conference champions by eliminating the Bolton Celtics by 125-113 in Game 6. Before that, he jokingly asked the reporters to wrap up the session so that he can savor the victory with some beer.

Miami Heat was led by All-Stars Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler alongside the super rookie Tyler Herro. They thrashed down the Bolton Celtics in the last five minutes of the game to set their meeting with the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals.

However, they turned all this up and registered their entry in the bubble in Walt Disney in Orlando in Florida. Currently, he is under four years contract with Miami Heat, which he signed back in 2019 and is scheduled to serve until the 2023 season.

Erik Spoelstra, age 49, is currently married to his wife named Nikki Sapp, who is a former Miami Heat cheerleader. They shared their wedding vows in 2016 and are together for four years, as of now. They cherished their married life for a couple of years before welcoming their first child in March 2018.

The head coach for Miami Heat announced that his wife gave birth to their first kid, who weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces, and 19 inches tall. The following year, the lovebirds welcomed their second child named Dante Nicholas Spoelstra on 6 December 2019. Announcing the birth of their second kid, Spoelstra's wife, Sapp, posted on Instagram writing;

"Welcome to the world, Dante Nicholas Spoelstra! Perfect in every way,” Nikki posted. “So grateful to have this big, magical soul join our family & can’t wait to bring him Home to the best big brother & doggie-sister ever! You are loved by so many already, Baby Dante!"

Spoelstra flew home following the delivery of his wife and missed Heat's loss to the Celtics at the time.
