AJ Lee Provides Updates On Women Of Wrestling (WOW)

AJ Lee discussed her involvement with WOW with Freddie on Wrestling with Freddie podcast from iHeart Media's My Culture Network, and she revealed that they would be shooting maybe after 60 days for WOW. She shared that they would be in syndication in the fall of 2022 and requested everyone to check wowe.com for the local listings, which will be available on the CWC app and Pluto app.

AJ Lee said that the idea of women behind the scenes in every capacity and women in front of the camera in every capacity inspired her to join WOW. She shared that her love for wrestling never died, and it was the perfect way to rejoin the world of wrestling and combine it with her work as an author too. AJ further said that she had to decline many offers to return to the ring as she disclosed that her desire to compete again in the squared circle was absent.

AJ Lee's joining with WOW was announced when the promotion signed to a multi-year distribution agreement with ViacomCBS. They further revealed that AJ Lee would be providing color commentatory for the all-women shows.
