American senator Marco Rubio is not a media magnate, but he does have his logic- which shows his wisdom of politics.

Earlier in January 2020, Marco made headlines when he clarified his understanding of the impeachment of U.S. President Donald Trump.

Releasing his statement via Medium on 31 January 2020, Marco mentioned that the impeachment was not about removing the president but the last resort for the parliament.

The senator also claimed that he would vote on the favor of the impeachment to remove the president.

Political Career, Election As Senator

Marco Rubio commenced his political career, securing a position on the West Miami City Commission in 1998. In 1999, he emerged as the winner in the Florida House of Representatives' bid. 

Eventually, in 2003, he controlled the majority seats of the Florida House of Representatives and was elected as the House speaker in 2006.

Finally, in November 2010, Marco was elected as a senator defeating Charlie Crist and Kendrick Meek. The senator also campaigned to become the Republican Presidential Candidate in the 2016 Presidential Election but eventually lost to Donald Trump.

Further, Marco's career as a politician has also garnered him a net worth of $400 thousand.

Married Life With Wife, Children

Marco Rubio has been married to a woman named Jeanette Dousdebes Rubio for over two decades now. Jeanette was previously a cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins and later also worked as a banker.

Marco- who is two years older than his wife- first met her during a party at the age of 19. However, a romance didn't ensue immediately between the two.

Later, when Jeanette was working as a cheerleader, the couple met again and started dating soon.

Marco and Jeanette eventually got married in 1998 at a traditional wedding held at the Church of the Little Flower location in Coral Gables, Florida.

Today, after more than 22 years of their marriage, Marco and his wife are still going strong. The couple is also parents to their four children: two sons named Dominic & Anthony, and two daughters called Daniella & Amanda.

Mario Rubio's Bio: Family Education

Marco Rubio was born as one of the four children of Cuban immigrants Mario Rubio and Oriales García Rubio, on 28 May 1971 (age: 48) in Miami, Florida.

Raised in a Roman Catholic Family, Marco joined Tarkio College, located in Missouri, for his college education in 1989. However, he transferred a year later and started attending Santa Fe Community College- which is located in Gainesville, Florida. 

Marco went on to earn his bachelor's in political science degree from the University of Florida in 1993. And, he later received his J.D. degree from the University of Miami in 1996.
