Ken Starr is an American Attorney, former federal judge, and educational administrator who recently came out as from the network coverage of the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump standing as his legal defense. Concerning the fact, the President had an ultimatum until 6 p.m. on 18 January 2020 to answer the charge. Similarly, he could file a trial by noon on 20 January 2020.

Ken Starr and a former White House press secretary Joe Lockhart came face to face previously in March 2019 on CNN’s New Day. The segment covered the special counsel run by Robert Mueller and Clinton's investigation on which Ken Starr had a run over. It clearly showed Ken still had bad blood handling on Clinton's investigation.

Ken had led a legal team to investigate Bill Clinton's involvement in the Whitewater real estate scandal. Similarly, he handled Clinton's relationship with a former White House intern Monica Lewinsky in 1988.

Later, Bill Clinton got acquitted by the Senate in February 1999.
