Travis Co-Founded His Firm Uber In 2009; His Net Worth And Salary
Travis Kalanick, who owns the $6 billion net worth in his name, co-founded an app-based ride service, UberCab, in 2009 alongside StumbleUpon founder Garrett Camp. The duo launched the service in 2010, which got public a year later in 2011.

In his early phase of business, he had a 'Napster' like a file-sharing site called Scour. However, the company faded away as the Napster did and also got sued by 33 of the world’s largest media companies for $250 billion in August 2000. Later, he sold the company at auction.
Also, he started his second business called Red Swoosh, which was also a peer-to-peer-file-sharing site. He later sold the site to Tech giant Akami in April 2007 for $15 million.

Travis Kalanick, who is an American billionaire businessman, once dated a professional violinist, Gabi Holzwarth. Apart from music, his ex-girlfriend Gabi works for the SVP Business Development at RoomZoom and Product Development at Shyp.

She had a troubled childhood and dealt with family violence and sexual abuse by a tennis instructor. After the tough childhood experiences, she had a decade-long battle with eating disorders.
