A physical altercation occurred between Olivier and Gabriel, which led Olivier to be injured and admitted to Los Angeles hospital.
During the custody case proceedings, Gabriel demanded $50,000 for Nahla’s expenses and demanded that the child support amount should be increased by $20,000 per month during custody case proceedings.
The court ruled in Gabriel's favor and ordered Halle to raise the amount in June 2012. Halle agreed to an amicable custody agreement, and finally, the court custody ended on 29 November 2012.
The Superior court ordered Halle to pay $16,000 a month in child support and pay $115,000, which she owed to Gabriel in June 2014. Halle has also been ordered to pay a sum of $300,000 for Gabriel’s attorney fees.
