La La and Carmelo Anthony’s has had a course of rocky relationship over the years together. Most of the time, they have been through it together, but now they’ve decided to call it quits officially.
La La filed divorce documents on 17 June 2021 in New York, 11 years after tying the knot with the NBA star, and cited irreconcilable differences.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ that they have been separated for a while but remain friends, as always, after 16 years together, and everything about the divorce is amicable. The two have a 14-year-old son, Kiyan, together.
The two have had an on-and0off relationship over the past couple of years. They separated in 2017 when the rumors Carmelo cheated on her surfaced, but by late 2018 they seemed to have worked it out and had a happy relationship.
