June Shannon was in a relationship with four men, namely, Mark McDaniel, Michael Anthony Ford, David Dunn, and Mike Thompson. She has one child each from all her four relationships. June was never legally married to any of his boyfriends.
June had her first child, Anna, with her ex-spouse David Dunn. He is an ex-convict. She became pregnant with her first daughter, Anna, at the age of 14 and gave birth just days after her 15th birthday. She dropped out of school when she became pregnant, but she later earned her GED. They later split and went their own way.
June pursued relationships with men who would later become convicted sex offenders. She was rumored to be going out with a man named Michael Anthony Ford, the father of Jessica and Lauryn. He was convicted of sexual exploitation of a minor after attempting to solicit oral sex from undercover police he believed to be a teen girl.
She also dated Mark McDaniel, who was convicted of abusing Anna and whom Lauryn believed to be her biological father for some time. After a brief relationship with Mark, June met Mike Thompson (also known as Sugar Bear) online in 2004.
Shortly after, they started dating officially. During their time together, June gave birth to their daughter Alana Thompson in 2005. They were engaged 16 months before calling it quits. And in June 2014, it was reported that they decided to end their relationship.
However, when she and Mark appeared in Marriage Boot Camp, they had gotten back together. But, by the time show was premiered in January 2016, they had ended their relationship once again.
Despite being a bit of mutual understanding, they had split. June said that before they split, she found him looking for both man and woman online by updating his status as single. She also reported that Mike was physically and emotionally abusive throughout their relationship.
After moving out from Mark, June got herself a man who is on pretty much good terms with her. In January 2016, the American tabloids reported that she was dating Geno Doak, who ran a local home remodeling company.

June and Geno had met after she had hired him to remodel her house in the Hampton neighborhood of Georgia. Recently, June posted an ad on Instagram for a product where she was spotted wearing a ring. Her children have also said that June no longer spends much time with her family.
In news through people.com, she was believed to be dead serious about wanting to marry Geno Doak. He was a criminal who served many times behind bars. He, along with June, was arrested in March 2019 for drug possession in Alabama. And they are currently undergoing with their rehabilitation.

Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson:
She made her first small screen debut on the TLC series Toddlers and Tiaras on the show, where she made herself a name. After that, she earned her own reality TV series that featured her family, including her sisters and Mama June. Here Comes Honey Boo Boo lasted for roughly four seasons between 2012-2014 and saw Alana grow from a spritely little girl into a preteen.
“Honey Boo Boo” made her unvanquished return to the small screen with her stint on Dancing with the Stars: Juniors in 2018. Alana, who was partnered with Tristan Ianiero and mentored by Artmen Chigvintsev, was the fifth participant to be eliminated from the show. But her appearance offered her long-time fans the growth she had since her debut in 2012.

Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon:
She was one of the three sisters to gave away some of their popularity to Alana. The third daughter of Mama June, Lauryn, has forthrightly said that she was not happy about her mother’s behavior and it was hard for her to be in the position to take care of her siblings, especially Alana. Over the years, Lauryn has been like a mother in her family from being a mere teenager.
Jessica “Chubbs” Shannon:
She has also gone through a major transformation. The young TV star did not like her physical appearance and was unhappy about it. But now, after her weight loss journey and a complete makeover, she is living a loving life.
Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell:
She was married to Michael Cardwell in 2014 and had two kids, Kaitlyn and Kylee before they separated. Now, Anna is so happy with her beau Eldridge Toney and has been working on her Instagram page endorsements.
