The heir of Dole Meals, Justin Murdock, was arrested by the police after his mannequin model girlfriend, Talia Skye accused him of punching her in the face after a Halloween party last year. He ultimately left her on a Los Angeles driveaway with a balck eye as per the reports from the Daily mail. A source from his girlfriend's side said, "When i got there, she was laying on the driveway crying. I picked her off the ground and i saw her face. It was completely swollen, with a green-blue color." She also mentioned how Justin was hysterical and said, "He was screaming at me, saying, I don't hit women."
Justin and his 24 year old girlfriend, Talia Skye had begun arguing when she demanded to leave the Halloween party early and on her way back to his home in the ritzy Bel-Air enclave of Los Angeles, Talia texted her friend to pick her up incase he might hurt her. Her friend identified as Julianna added, "She was crying really hard, not saying anything. I saw Murdock standing nearby, shirtless and flailing his arms and i asked him what happened, and he told me she's crazy and drunk and that she must have done that to herself."

His 24 year old model girlfriend, Talia Skye reported the alleged assault to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. He got arrested the later morningand posted bail $50,000 bail. He is sue back in court March 2. But he is not charged yet by the district attorney's office.
The Billionaire playboy, Justin's lawyer had said that his client believes that this was all setup and that her wound was self-inflicted. His client, Justin believed that this was nothing more than a ploy to extort him. Justin's lawyer, Silverstein also told that he called Skye's lawyer and carefully suggested that this could all go away in exchange for a large sum of money and that his client would not leak this story to the media if the sum was paid.
However, Silverstein further added, "Murdock refused to pay any such sums because he is innocent and will not be blackmailed, even though he relaxed that his horrendous and damaging claim would then be made public." He also added that his side has shared video, audio and photo evidence and presented 'independent third party witnessses that will prove that Skye'S facial injury was self-inflcited.
