Eustaquio tried to flee but Cynthia continued shooting and fired a total of ten rounds.

Cynthia left the scene and had breakfast at a Denny’s restaurant, a local coffee shop as if nothing happened. Also, she visited a casino and attended her granddaughter’s spelling bee. Meanwhile, she was arrested and sentenced to 50 years to life in prison.

Currently, she is serving her sentence in the Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla, Madera County.
