The sexual misconduct cases of the American Film Producer, Harvey Weinstein's with several women in the entertainment industry is at the peak. In the course of the last thirty years, he has dealt with more than eighty accusations of rape, sexual assault, and sexual abuse, although he has denied "any non-consensual sex."
Among the piles of the victims, Annabella Sciorra is one of them, who accused Harvey of raping her in January 2020.
As of now, the jury of Harvey's sexual misconduct trial has completed its third day of deliberations, but it has been left with a verdict. The jury has asked to review more testimony and evidence regarding the actress. As per the court reports, the Supreme Court Judge James Burke will hear the court reporters read the actress' testimony on 28 February 2020.
On the first two days of deliberations (17 and 18 February 2020), the court requested the emails and testimony from Annabella and another accuser, Miriam Haley. It also means that the jury is seemingly intending five criminal counts against Harvey Weinstein.

Annabella Sciorra accused Harvey Weinstein of raping her in a criminal court in January 2020. As per Annabella, Harvey Weinstein raped her at Gramercy Park's apartment after having dinner and going for a bed in late 1993. She mentioned:
"He shoved me in the bed. I was punching him. I was kicking him. It was just so disgusting that my body started to shake in a way that was very unusual."
Annabella did confront Harvey after a week of the incident back in 1993; however, he appeared as 'he was going to hit her right there,' she added. Reportedly, Harvey said 'this remains between you and I.'
Similarly, the sexual assault followed years later as well. Annabella added that her hotel room was right next to Harvey, who came in his underwear at 5:00 a.m. while promoting the film from Weinstein studio.

It was a decade later when Annabella opened about the incident for the first time in 2017, which led her to the New York City Courthouse.
Annabella's attorney Gloria Allred stated that she did not think it was a rape at the time of the incident. But now, she has come forth with her story in public.
