James Argent, 48, took to his Instagram on Wednesday as he showed off his fitness journey following an incredible 11 stone weight loss. He posted on his Instagram story joking to remind him never to take a pic with a topless ripped former soap star, @charles_venn again.
The former TOWIE star, James shared before and after picture on his Instagram and shared, “I spoke into this existence. Dream it. Believe it. Become it! Merry Christmas Everyone, Love Arg.”
The tv personality also added in the video saying, “By Christmas or possibly even the end of the summer, this is gonna be shredded, the back fat is going to be gone, the thighs are going to be skinny and the arms are going to be pumped.”
Jason Argent Diet
The TOWIE star Jason Argent opened up about his diet as to celebrate his 11 stone weight loss and said, “I reached the heaviest I’ve ever been in the height of pandemic and doctors said I was dicing with death because I’ve got bad asthma and was morbidly obese, which was the worst possible combination if I was to catch Covid. I was living alone and even though I wasn’t doing drink or drugs, which I was extremely proud of, I was comfort-eating out of boredom and to escape feelings and it got out of control.”
He went onto share that he had his gastric sleeve surgery done with incredible teams at @wearetransform and said, “I’ve struggled with my weight for years but I’m finally ready both physically & mentally to do something about it. The next few months are going to be tough but I’m determined to reclaim my life! NEW CHAPTER.”
The star had shared how he shed the pounds in just two weeks and it was all because of a special Juicing diet planned by a juicing expert Jason Vale. The TOWIE star told the Sun,, “I’m determined to lose even more weight. I met Jason on the off chance and he called my bluff when I said I’d book in.so the next day I bought my flights and flew to his resort in Portugal. All I drank for a fortnight was juices.”
Jason Vale’s website also explained, “By simply swapping his normal junkie foods and drinks for a freshly extracted juice and by adding in some exercise his mental and physical health improved beyond anything he could have envisaged. He now no longer suffers from eczema, asthma, hay fever or psoriasis and is no longer overweight.”
James Argent Weight Loss Surgery
James Argent had gone under gastric band surgery after the doctors told him he could die if he didn’t shed the pounds and after the surgery, the TOWIE star lost five and a half stone. He shared a photo of himself with a plate of salad and chicken at a restaurant in London and wrote, “Back on Solid foos I’m delighted with the results, 5 ½ Stine weight loss so far! Thanks to the team @wearetransform who have been guiding me on how to integrate solids back into my diet. I’m aiming to stick to nutritionally packed foods as part of a well balanced diet to help me reach my weight loss goals.”
The 33 year old James was also seen smiling as he walked to his waiting car following his life-changing, gastric band surgery. Before surgery, his preparations were struggling as he said, “I was supposed to stick to 1,000 calories a day for three weeks and my BMI had to be below 50 but I was 49.7 and 26st 11lb. I did struggle. There were a few times I found it too hard and couldn’t stick to it. I was almost too big to have the operation, which is scary.”
James Argent Net Worth And His Lifestyle
The former TOWIE star, James Argent has an estimated net worth around Euro 800,000. Back in 2019, the star had bought a 1.3 million Euro Essex home in order to prove his then on/off girlfriend, Gemma Collins. As per some source, this was for his girlfriend, Gemma to believe that he has turned his life around and will be able to provide for her and explained, “Arg is determined to sort himself out and grow up and he is hoping that buying this home will be the perfect way to prove himself.”

James was also making headlines when he looked delighted driving his brand new yellow Vespa matching his yellow crocs with child blue co-ord hoodie.
Back in the end of 2015, the star had spent 28 days in rehab for the treatment and after his release from their, the star had admitted feeling great and said, “It’s good to be here. I’ve worked hard since coming home at the end of December and the start of January I’ve been early night sleeps, training hard every day and eating healthy. I love boxing – my whole lifestyle has completely changed.”
