The 36 year old social media personality, Joe Wicks who kept all the people fit in shape during the pandemic finally turned his attention to himself and shocked fans and many people in three months. He shared the before and after pictures of himself via his instagram and wrote a long explanation caption. The star also moved from UK to LA and decided to transform himself as while in LA, he revealed that he hadn't been looking after himslef like staying up too late playing computer games or on his phone.
Joe explained how he decided to change himslef after moving to LA and said, "My three month progress, I set myself two main goals when I landed in LA three months ago. No 1 was to get more sleep because back home my sleep isn't consistent and I don't get enough."
He also added that he stayed too long sitting up on his phone working, watching late noght TV or playing Call of Duty with his mates until midnight. He shared that his second goals was to get stronger and to lift heavy weights and get progressively stronger each week just by adding a few extra kilograms or pushing out a few extra reps. Joe continued to say, "What I've realised more than ever is that sleep is the foundation that everything stands on. When I sleep better and consistently I wake up with more energy to train harder. When I've slept well I also make better food choices."
"I've been asleep about 9:30pm most mights and trained consistently six days a week at 6am for three months. The challenge for me when I'm back home is to maintain this routine. I'm going to do my best to stick to it because I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been and the sacrifices feel worth it."
Meanwhile, Joe and his wife currently live with their children in LA as they have home in both LA and UK.

Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach is famously known for his unique brand of nutrition and fitness training that involves eating more and exercising less. He really hopes for the transofrmation of the people that he has been working with so that others are going to get inspired from them. He eats dishes like yogjurt dip and crushed potatoes, halloumi sallads and more for his lunch. As for his dinner, he prefers a paneer curry with pilau rice and raisins and a cheeseburger accompanied by tortilla chips, guacamole and salsa. His snacks include peanut butter and raspeberry flapjacks, post workout protein shakes with almond milk, banana, peanut, butter and coconut and more.
