Due to the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic occurring throughout the world, Sword Art Online: Alicization- War of Underworld Part 2 has also been delayed.
Sword Art Online's official website has announced that the sequel of the SAO franchise 'War of Underworld' Part 2 release date has been delayed and postponed.
The official Twitter account relating to the anime TV series has also shared the same announcement.
Sword Art Online Alicization - War of Underworld Part 2 New Release Date
The last portion of the Alicization story arc is being described as the 'Last Season' by the official website.
The sequel of Sword Art Online: Alicization- War of Underworld Part 2 was initially scheduled to premiere from 25 April 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the new release date of the Sword Art Online: Alicization- War of Underworld Part 2, i.e., the second part of Season 3, has been shifted back to July 2020.
Sword Art Online Season 4 Release Date, & Trailer
The good news is that Sword Art Online has been renewed for the fourth season.
While the second part of Season 3 of Sword Art Online is yet to the premier, the release date of Sword Art Online Season 4 is also likely to get pushed further.
The second half of Season 3 is now presumed to start its telecast from 4 July 2020 or 11 July 2020. Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Funimation have also stated that they will stream the upcoming 23 episodes for the last season of the SAO: Alicization anime sequel.
A trailer video was also released on the SAO's Official website in February 2020, depicting the 2nd part of the sequel. But when it comes to the trailer of Season 4, it's unlikely to come soon.

•Kazuto Kirigaya
Kazuto Kirigaya, also known as Kirito, is the main protagonist of this anime series. He is usually a calm and easygoing person who relishes everything in his daily life. Asada Shino is the main character and one of the protagonists of the Phantom Bullet Arc and SAO series. She has a calm and relaxed personality. She is an experienced Virtual Reality game specialist, who started playing Gun Gale Online, based on the recommendation provided by her friend, Shinkawa Kyouji, to subdue her ordeal involving guns.
After the conclusions reached from the Phantom Bullet Arc, she began playing ALfheim Online as a Cait Sith archer. Throughout her time with Kirito, she exhibits romantic feelings for him.

•Kirigaya Suguha

Alice communicated with Kirito in her spirit form, explaining that she is still alive. However, she became an Integrity Knight by the name of Alice Synthesis Thirty. After the aftermath of the battle, Kirito entered an unconscious state. She returned to her home village of Rulid with Kirito to save him from troubles, while losing her will to fight. After a goblin assault, she reacquired her passion for protecting the world.
She migrated to the Great Eastern Gate to unite with the Human Guardian Army to protect the Human Empire against an incursion led by the Dark Territory Army.
