Yukiya Murasaki's Isekai Maō to Shōkan Shōjo no Dorei Majutsu light novels is receiving a new anime adaptation. The second installment of this anime franchise has already gotten an official renewal date, which is already under development.
This anime series will install for a second season titled "How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Ω." The official website made announcement that they will unveil a new key visually with the returning of the core staff members.
Season 2 of How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord is scheduled to be released in 2021. The second season is going to be produced by Tezuka productions (Okuru to Noburu). Satoshi Kuwabara and Fudeyasu Kazuyuki direct the anime series as its scriptwriter.
However, the exact release date for Demon Lord is not determined yet. According to the sources involved, the anime is bound to be released in July 2021.
The Plot Of How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord
Takuma Sakamoto is a loner, shut-in type of gamer who was mysteriously summoned to the virtual world of his beloved MMORPG, named Cross Reverie, with the same appearance of his persona in the game, the Demon Lord Diablo. The two juvenile girls who summoned him, Rem and Shera, attempted to use a magic spell to make Takuma their slave.

Still, the magic spell was directed back to the two girls due to his magic ring skill named "Magic Reflection," where both of them ended up with the magic collars instead, clung on their necks, thus converting them to be his servants.
With a low socializing factor of his own, Takuma chooses to act like his in-game character while trying to socialize with others. He started to make use of his extraordinary stats and vast experience of Cross Reverie's in-game knowledge to persevere in his new environment, progressing along with Rem and Shera to study for a means to eliminate their slave collars while assisting them with their own, individual issues.
The three of them are driven to work and venture together so that the magic enslavement neckpiece can be separated. Nonetheless, there are plenty of obstructions in their journeys, such as the Fallen Invasion and the revival of the Demon Lord, which prevents them from taking the initiative. Shera is truly an indolent Elf Princess who ran from her home, and her unwillingness to retort back to her kingdom unravels political tensions between elves and humans. The second season of this anime series will adapt the plot from the 4th and 5th volumes of the LN series. Therefore, Diablo and his companions may get tangled up with the legislative turmoil associated with the church and the King. Diablo will end up confronting the dangers crippling the kingdom.
The anime series also includes many new characters, including Lumachina Weselia, who is known as the High Priest of Church of Celestials. Alongside her, the series will also introduce many new characters named Okama, and a former Paladin named Gewelt, the blazing magic sharpshooter Fanis Laminitus, a maidservant named Rose, and numerous other brand new faces. Another interesting plot is the dungeon where Diablo and his party will venture into.
The dungeon was made by Diablo, and he has to strive his own made dungeon to retrieve an item. The Second season offers many concepts that will make the anime more enjoyable for the viewers to get addicted to.

Takuma was an expert player in a game named Cross Reverie, where he controlled and mastered a character named Diablo, known as the true Demon King. He always overwhelmed opponents with his better equipment and devastating skills. While he was playing in his room one day, he was summoned into another world with the same character he owned as Diablo; he finds two girls beside him who stated that they summoned him, a pantherian and an elf. He was summoned to be a slave to one of the girls, but due to his ring's peer skills, the magic repelled and rebound back against them, becoming his slaves.
•Shera L. Greenwood
Shera L. Greenwood is a blonde 15-year-old elf who is one of the girls who summoned Diablo. She is the princess of the Elven kingdom, who decided to become an adventurer to determine her worth. She summoned Diablo to help her in her adventures to become stronger. She has feelings for Diablo.
•Rem Galleu
Rem Galleu is a 14-year-old pantherian girl who summoned Diablo from another world. She houses the soul of a demon lord named Krebskulum, as a hereditary. Her sole purpose was to be freed from the demon lord while exterminating the demon lord Krebskulum inside her. She tries her hardest to conceal and strive to become stronger to kill the demon lord. However, the truth was revealed later that the soul of the demon lord was sealed inside her body.
