Yella Beezy was accused of raping a woman on their first date. The unnamed woman claimed that they first contacted in April according to the arrest warrant. The woman further said that the rapper asked her out and made plans to go for food in Dallas, and the artist invited her back to his apartment and played cards and talked. She claimed the rapper asked for a massage before allegedly raping her, being unable to leave his apartment.
However, his attorney, John F Gussio III, and Dark K Washington said that the claims made by the woman are 100 percent false and alleged that officers never attempted to speak to the artist before making the arrest.
The artist was arrested earlier this month on charges of sexual assault, child endangerment or abandonment, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
The artist was arrested in February on weapon charges which he claimed was a setup. He was also shot three times on a Texas freeway in October 2018. He was also booked on drug charges in August.
