Wang Leehom Threatened To Sue By Ex-wife Lee Jinglei

Wang Leehom’s ex-wife has threatened to sue the singer and his father after Wang’s father had defended his son saying that his son didn’t have an affair during the marriage.

The singer Wang had confirmed his divorce with his wife, Lee Jinglei after 8 years of marriage having two children together. And his ex-wife, Lee accused him of various misdeeds toward her throughout their marriage via a social media post on Friday evening. She wrote that she was mistreated by Wang’s family and he had hired prostitutes and had an fair with a married woman.

She wrote, “I gave up my work and life and centered on you and the children. Most of the time in our marriage I was either preparing for pregnancy or nurturing and breastfeeding the newborns. I have undergone a lot of changes during the process, in most cases alone. If I know you will leave us for being single again after I gave birth to three babies and that I have to raise them alone, I would not have agreed. You have been caught on camera bringing other women home and hiring prostitutes with actual videos as proof. You have this kind of friends in a lot of cities. The woman clearly spelled you address and headed straight to your home as they stepped out of the elevators. You admitted all these to me as well, saying you cannot control yourself.”

Lee also accused him of having an affair with a married friend and how she had to hide it from her husband.

However, Wang’s father posted a photo holding the note and claimed that Lee had threatened to destroy the singer’s career if he did not marry her and wrote, “I am the only one in the family who agreed to this marriage, as I felt that it was necessary to protect the child and his career was important. She might also be good after marriage, but it turned out to be the biggest regret of my life.”

He claimed that Lee had plotted for two years for their divorce and said, “The whole issue has been going on for many years, with the divorce ongoing for close to two years. In fact, both parties have signed the papers. The woman has requested hundreds of millions of dollars, a house, living expenses, nannies, a Filipino maid, a chauffeur, plus the children’s education and living expenses, which have all been acceded to, so there is no question of not supporting her.”

Then, Lee slammed Wang Leehom for hiding behind his father and not apologizing her despite strong evidence and also disputed his father claiming that Wang was indeed happy when she was pregnant with their child. She also denied that she had plotted the letter and said that his father was unlikely to know if his son had any affairs. She ended her letter by threatening to take legal action against Wang and his father if Wang didn’t make a public apology before 3pm on Sunday to protect herself from defamation.

After all the drama that has happened, the singer has surely lost several brand endorsement deals and some of his celebrity friends like Jay Chou and Chiling Lin have unfollowed him on social media.
