And, now, Vitaly has been caught up with another incident that made him the headlines of media once again. He beat the woman in Miami Beach on 14 April 2020 and got arrested. Whether or not, it is not a prank, and the lady is injured as well.

As per the reports, Vitaly reportedly jumped out of his car in Miami Beach and straddled the woman to the ground. And it was not enough for him, and he continued to punch her chest and face after which the lady had injuries and bruises on her chest. Eventually, the Miami Dade County Police Department reached Vitaly at a nearby residence and arrested him, and charged him with a felony of aggravated battery.
After the arrest, the police department released a mugshot of Vitaly publicly.

After a day on 13 April 2020, Vitaly got out of jail with a bond of $7500.
This is not the first time that Vitaly has been arrested. Previously, the Los Angeles police jailed him for climbing 'D' of Hollywood in Beverly Hills, and he spent five days in an Egyptian jail for climbing one of the iconic pyramids.
