The famous singer, Trey Songz was accused of anal rape in a $20 million lawsuit filed by an unidentified woman but the singer had vehemently denied new sexual allegations against him. He has been accused of rape by several women from the incidents that took place from 2016.
A woman named only as Joe Dane accused Trey Songz of forcing her to have anal sex without her consent back in 2016. She told that she ran out of the house to call Uber and the driver noticed her in distress then took her to hospital to take a sexual assault exam. After the test, police were called but she did not named the singer due to shock and fear for her life.
However, the singer's lawyer told the publication that it was a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault claming that the allegations were false. His laywer added that the singer was looking forward to have the facts fully aired. A rep for Trey Songz released a statement claiming that the lawyer for the woman was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsy accuse Trey and added that the same lawyer had filed the suit on behalf of an anonymous client.
The woman's client was Ariel Mitchell was also representing two another women who claimed that they were assaulted by Trey Songz in Miami and New York. Despite the singer's rep statement, Mitchell strongly denied tampering and stated that many victims were coming forward everyday and how the behaviour of bullying or intimidation tactics was unacceptable. She said that her colleague and herslef would continue to fight for the pursuit of Justice for sexual assault victims of Trey Songz.
