His wife had also shared on her Instagram writing,
“Our little miss Lillie Carolina Akins was born on 15 November and our family couldn’t be more over the moon about our littlest joy. ‘If he dresses the lilies with beauty and splendor How much more will he Clothe you? If he watched over every sparrow how much more does He love you?’ Lyrics from ‘Jireh’ by @elevationworship and @maverickcitymusic inspired by scriptures in Matthew 6 & Luke 12. Just love hearing her name as the sweetest reminder of how much God cares for us.”

Tonight, when I was on stage in Fort Worth about to play ‘to the guys that date my girls’ my wife talked to me in my (ear monitors) and said ‘you can tell them if you want' so anyways, now you know. We are pumped to be having our 4th girl.”
Thomas Rhett Married Life With Wife Lauren Akins
Thomas met his wife, Lauren Akins when they were kindergarteners in Goodpasture Christian School in Madison, Tennesse, in 1995. Then they started dating briefly in 10th grade but decided to be friends later. The two were nearly engaged to other people in college, but life wanted them to be together. They reconciled at his sister’s graduation party, and in 2011 the singer proposed to his girlfriend, writing ‘Marry Me’ on a wine bottle in a dinner at her favorite Nashville restaurant, Giovanni.
They got married in October 2012 at an outdoor ceremony in Nashville. In May 2017, the couple adopted their daughter, Willa from Uganda, and gave birth to their second daughter, Ada, in August. The four of them were seen attending the CMA Awards in November 2019. Actually, it was five of them; Lauren was pregnant with Lennon.
They welcomed their third daughter, Lennon, in February 2020, and the singer wrote in his Instagram, “Ada James and Willa Gray are going to be the best big sisters on the planet.”
Thomas also shared a sweet photo of his wife and their three children cuddling on his wedding anniversary and wrote, “Happy 8-year anniversary @laur_akins I seriously feel like we got married 6 months ago. I have loved every second of our journey together.”
His wife, Lauren, also had paid tribute to him on Father’s Day writing,
“Thomas Rhett you are the best daddy to our 3 little girls. You keep us steady, constantly entertain us, love us better than anyone could, cook us amazing food, point us to Jesus to teach us everything about music, make us laugh every single day and with you leading our family we get to live out the most incredible adventure. Happy Father’s Day Honey, you are so loved.”
His wife, Lauren Akins, is an author, and she had shared in her book titled ‘Live in Love’ how she lost her identity when Thomas’s career took off in early 2014. She told the Tennessean that she got to a point where she realized that she didn’t recognize herself anymore. She then shared how she found herself again by helping children in Uganda and other impoverished nations. According to the counselor's suggestion, Lauren put her career on hold and followed Rhett on his tours which made her feel useless. Then she found her purpose when a friend introduced her to a woman who worked overseas church missions to help children. She said that it felt like love at first sight and added, “it was like, if I can’t do this, I think I'll die. That's what my heart needed was to be able to travel and love on those kids.” that was how they found their daughter, Willa Gray in 2017.
Thomas Rhett had shared with ET how family diversity is something that they talk about really openly after Willa and their daughter noticed how her family looked different from others. He shared, “to embrace who you are and to embrace your uniqueness and embrace your culture as well. That's something we want to educate her on as long as she’s still in our household and even beyond that.”
