Susan Schneider

Robin Williams' death not only tumbled down the life of his widow, Susan Schneider, but also brought new insights in recent years. Susan Schneider, a graphic designer, recently mentioned that doctors told her and her late husband, Williams, to sleep in a separate bed before his death.

Williams, who took his own life back in 2014, was the patient of insomnia and Lewy body dementia (a type of brain disease that affected his thinking, memory, and movement control) before his tragic death. Maybe due to the same reason, Schneider was not able to sleep together in the same bed with her late spouse. And as per doctors, it was an attempt to help ease Robin's insomnia.

Speaking about the incident, Schneider mentioned:

"He said to me, 'Does this mean we're separated?' That was a really shocking moment. When your best friend, your partner, your love - you realize that there's a giant chasm somewhere, and you can't see where it is but that's just not based in reality. That was a hard moment."

And Schneider's husband's battle with Lewy body dementia has been turned to a documentary entitled 'Robin's Wish.' His loved ones did not find out the disease he went through after a year of his death, as he got misdiagnosed by the doctors. Concerning the scene, Susan Schneider added:

"Robin and I knew there was so much more going on. Robin was right when he said to me, 'I just want to reboot my brain.' At that moment, I promised him that we would get to the bottom of this. I just didn't know that would be after he passed."

Robin Williams, who had a height of 5 feet and 3 inches tall, was 63 when he lost his life, and he died as a man who was "versed in so much about humanity and culture."

In an interview with the 'Today Show,' she mentioned that Williams was a man who was incredibly rich and deep and versed in so much about humanity and culture, and his humor was like this secret weapon.
