Ryan Bingham Divorcing His Wife, Anna Axster, After 12 Years Of Marriage

Ryan Bingham has decided to walk away from his marriage with his director wife, Anna Axster, with him reportedly filing a divorce from Anna.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the singer submitted the divorce papers on 29 June 2021. It is unclear what reasons led them to part ways, and it is also unknown if he filed for joint or sole custody of their children.

Just six months ago, Ryan opened up about life with Anna and their kids, along with feeling “whole,” he told Express.co.uk, “Having children will do that for you. When I met my wife, we were both vagabonds, just roaming around the country.”

“Then we got a place in LA, and it was the first time I ever had my name on a lease. I had an address! That was big to me,” Ryan continued. “When we got the keys and went inside, I just cried. I felt secure, finally.”

In another interview with The Great Discontent, Bingham stressed, “My wife is probably the biggest supporter.” And he further emphasized his wife to act on behalf of his best interest. However, what led Ryan to file for a divorce still remains a mystery.

Ryan had been married to writer and director Anna Axster for 12 years, from 2009 to 2021. Axster has directed several of Bingham’s music videos, including Southside of Heaven and Bread and Water in 2007. In March 2015, Bingham announced that he and his former wife were expecting their first child together during a performance in Austin, Texas. They now are parents to three children and currently reside in Los Angeles, California.

Together, Axster and Bingham organized the inaugural Western Music Festival in Luckenbach in 2019 and planned the 2021 event after it was canceled in 2020 due to the recent pandemic lockdown. They also launched their own label together, Axster Bingham records, when his former records management dropped Bingham.

Bingham appeared for an interview with gromygoods.com back in 2015 and talked about being a dad after the birth of his first child together. He shared that he was little concerned about leaving his daughter as he himself will be indulged in his tour’s performances. While he may be a bit of a protective dad for his daughter, he said that he would allow her to do what she wanted when asked if she would be allowed to get a tattoo.

Ryan and Anna tied the knot in 200 with an adorable and fun backyard wedding in Malibu. And it was quite a beautiful and colorful wedding with all the decorations and flowers in the ceremony venue as their big day was attended by several of their family and friends.

Who Are Ryan Bingham Parents?

Ryan Bingham’s parents’ name is not known as of now, though it seems that Ryan himself comes from English, Scottish, Irish, Welsh, French, remote Dutch, and Italian descent. His ethnicity is reported after a short review from his maternal and paternal ancestors.

Well, it is not known if it was the aftermath of his parent's death or his passion that drove him to feature himself as a musician professionally.
