Net Worth Of Reza Farahan, And His Career

Reza Farahan has an estimated net worth of $7 million which he has earned through his successful career as a real estate agent and reality star. The average price point for his sales is $928,000, which equates to a pretty big commission, according to HomeLight.

It was reported via Tuko that, by the second season of the Bravo TV series Shahs of Sunset, he was making a whopping $18,000 per episode, which is likely to have risen as of now. He shares a huge love for luxurious items, especially for French luxury goods manufacturer, HermA”s.

Reza is easily one of the biggest breakout stars when it comes to the Bravo hit. He initially would have declined the offer to star on the show, but luckily he stayed for it and has benefitted greatly, now becoming one of the regular cast members for the show. But when it comes to a talk about Reza’s career, he has been a real estate agent since an early age.

He once opened up about his early life with Daily Dash. He, as an early-teenage kid, “would take his parents to open houses and be like, ‘It’s time to upgrade. We need a bigger, better, more expensive house. Like, get to work.”

As since such young age, he was playing real estate agent, it would be no surprise that he would grow up to be one. He currently works at Keller Williams Realty in West Hollywood. And now, he expresses every ounce of his love and effort for re-decorating the house, makes listings, finds customers, and sells them at a relatively high profit.

Shahs of Sunset is set to return to pre-pandemic dramatic glory for its upcoming ninth season as the trailer features tears flowing, fingers pointing, and frenemies screaming via TooFab. During the pre-pandemic premiere of the show, it aired the feud of Mercedes “MJ” Javid with Reza and appeared to continue from the part in this new premiere.

Last season in the show, Reza went off on MJ with horrific insults about her childbirth as he believed she was the mastermind behind salacious rumors about his husband. In turn, MJ’s husband, Tommy, trashed Reza’s home, causing the reality star to obtain a restraining order and file a police report.

As MJ may have supported her husband, it seems to be had for reconciliation between the good friends, Reza, for her. However, she still hopes to make a peace offering to Reza and go back to how they used to be but let’s see what plays the show’s latest premieres have in store for us.

Besides this feud, Reza got into a legal fight with Mike, a co-star of the show, after he demanded that Mike should stop selling T-shirts with a picture of Reza’s face on them. Reza took matters to the next step by serving his show-mate with a cease-and-desist order.

Reza’s Persian origin brings him unprecedented judgment from a racist fellow who sometimes calls him a racist. While shooting the scenes for the reality TV show, he regretted his utterances made towards Khomeini and begged the producer to censor the scene for fear of his life.

Personal Life Of Reza Farahan

Reza Farahan is openly gay and decided to join the show, Shahs of Sunset after realizing it could be an avenue to spread a message of acceptance. He is married to Adam Neely, a successful assistant editor working predominantly in TV and has even done so on several super-producer Ryan Murphy’s most high-profile shows. They were engaged in 2010 and got married later in 2015.

On 15 April 2021, Reza took to his social media to give his hubby a sweet shout-out along with a photo where the duo can be seen having an affectionate time together at an outdoor restaurant. “I love my sweet and handsome husband, @theadamneely.” Reza captioned in the post, adding a hashtag that reads “my love.” Nevertheless, Adam took to his comment with appreciation, writing, “I love my husband too!!! you make me feel amazing, inside and out.”

During season 8 of Shahs of Sunset in 2020, rumors were swirling around that Adam Neely may have cheated on husband Reza Farahan while he was away from home. All viewers were quite aware of this fact; however, the couple still seemed to be together on season 8 of the show. So, nearly after a year of the surfaced rumor, many of us may be wondering whether their relationship is still intact or not.

Apparently, the pair still is together despite the rumors going around. Reza recently posted some pictures with husband Adam Neely on 1 January 2021 on his Instagram account, where they seemed to be having a happy time. The couple seems to be considering starting a family.

Reza Farahan Evolving Friendship With Mercedes “MJ” Javid

The ever-lasting friends, Reza and MJ, had a huge feud in season 8 of the show. The season finished with the growing tension between the friends as the feud lasted, making their 30 years of friendship as good as over. However, the duo was not meant to be separated even over one or two feuds among each other.

After nearly two years of low blows, personal attacks and a virtual reunion that seemed to cement the fate of their friendship for good, Reza and MJ found their way back to each other. Reza says MJ made the first move for reconciliation, inviting him over to her house for a one-on-one, camera-free chat after they taped the reunion. Then started their baby steps for complete reconciliation. Reza says he took much of the last year at home for self-reflection, thanks in part to a book deal he landed to write a memoir.

While he was writing the book, Memoir of a Gay Shah, he got a chance to look back at his own life from his perspective and where his friend MJ stands at his life. With the help of writing the memoir, Reza reflected even further, saying, “writing the book got me to a place where I accepted that I have to meet people where they are right now.” Such a process aided him in realizing that he did an irreversible thing last season that eventually led to self-reflection and reconciliation of their friendship.

Thankfully, earlier this year, MJ shared that she’s looking forward to the upcoming installment of Shahs of Sunset because it’s not as emotionally heavy as previous seasons. Describing the pair’s relationship as “better” and “evolving,” she opened about how their ongoing fight was “the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to go through.” She continued to E! News, saying, “I know Reza and I deep down, we really want to get to a really close place and it’s going to take a lot of work.”

Reza sat down with E! News’ Daily Pop on 12 May 2021, expressing his better feeling than ever this post-quarantine. He gushed, “I’ve never felt better in my whole life. This was the funniest season I’ve ever shot,” while talking about the show’s latest season. So, the show's fans can sit tight expecting a better storyline this season in Shahs of Sunset.

Reza Farahan Lost 50 Pounds Weight

In 2018, Reza set out on a journey with a goal to “get back to around 20-year-old Reza”. He took up long-distance running along with other cardio exercises and made some considerable changes to his eating habits following a proportionate meal delivery system. Before long, Reza had dropped 40 pounds and took the achievement to his Instagram in 2019, writing: “IT’S OFFICIAL!!! I’m basically willing to do anything, so I can hashtag a bitch lost 50 lbs… AND I’M ALMOST THERE.”

When giving BravoTV.com cameras a tour of his refrigerator, he clarifies that he is determined to maintain his considerable weight. But even though he has had a healthier lifestyle, he still struggles with body image. “I’ve lost 50 pounds, but unfortunately I have body dismorphic disorder,” Reza confessed exclusively to BravoTv.com in February 2020.

Interestingly, earlier this year, Reza opened up about wanting to focus on his transformation, posing the question: “Can I go from thickest to leanest on Shahs?” In February of 2021, Reza posted a photo on his Instagram account, where he pointed to his abs, explaining he’s sharing moments throughout his journey for accountability.

In response to one of his followers who had inquired about his journey, Reza commented that he has been utilizing the Keto diet and intermittent fasting. In another Instagram post, Reza shared a throwback photo of himself to paint a picture of his goals. “I might not be in this shape today, just wait,” he wrote.
