Rachel Lindsay is an American attorney and television personality. She is best known for her role as a contestant on the twenty-first season of ABC's The Bachelor and became the first African-American Bachelorette (2017) franchise.

She quickly became a fan favorite and front-runner in the show The Bachelor (2017-2020).

Rachel Lindsay dated her boyfriend Nick Vail (Software Sales executive) from the early month of 2017 to March 2017.

Rachel and Nick grew pretty close to each other with both spending night together and hooked up while appearing in the course of the 21st season of the reality TV show, The Bachelor. However, their short-lived relationship ended in March 2017, after he dumped her in one of the show's episodes.

After the breakup with Nick, Lindsay started going out with Bryan Abasolo, the Miami-based chiropractor and winner of Season 13 of The Bachelorette.

The couple got engaged during ABC’s season 13, The Bachelorette finale, in August 2017. Lindsay's engagement ring was designed and signed by Neil Lane, a 3-carat pear-shaped diamond, to the three huge ovals that Becca Kufrin.

The couple got married on 24 August 2019, in a rooftop wedding at Mexico’s Royalton Suites Cancun, Mexico.

Mikie Russo of Michael Russo Events was the wedding planner of Lindsay and Bryan's wedding. Russo helped create an 'island chic' affair with green and white florals and decor by Grupo Gama and an Original Runner aisle runner.

Wedding planner Michael Russo told PEOPLE TV that:

"As they exchanged their personal handwritten vows, you could feel the unbridled emotion and powerful connection between them."

Rachel Lindsay's Bachelorette Party was celebrated with fellow Bachelor alums, including Kristina Schulman, Astri Loch, and Bibiana Julian in Costa Rica.

Rachel and Bryan's wedding ceremony was filled with so much joy, love, and laughter.

Rachel Lindsay was born on 21 April 1985 in Dallas, Texas. She was born to parents Kathy Lindsay and Sam A.Lindsay.

Her mother, Kathy, worked as a beauty consultant and former computer programmer, whereas her father is a Federal judge. Lindsay has two siblings, an older sister, Constance Lindsay, and a younger sister, Heather Lindsay.

Rachael graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management at the University of Texas in 2007 and earned a Law from Marquette University Law School in 2011.

Moving to her physical appearance, Rachael stands at the height of 5 feet and 4 inches(1.63 m) tall and weighs around 52 kg (115 Ibs) in weight.
