The world has already moved onto the path of equality; many believe this. People are concerned about any discriminating things that go on in society and be present to shatter any of the inequality. Using racist slurs in today's world is considered as one of the crimes, as it hampers people of the concerned backgrounds and cultures. We have already seen many personalities getting fired from their job, suspended from the social media platforms, and many others.

Well, the American cartoonist and an animation producer Noelle Stevenson, does not want to get in trouble. She apologized for the racist joke she made before, which got live stream. She tweeted an apology statement on 27 August 2020 that read:

'Hey everyone, I made a very careless statement in today's stream that hurt a lot of Black fans and fans of color. The implications did not occur to me and that lapse in judgment is fully, 100% on me. I apologize wholeheartedly and I'm sorry for the hurt caused and trust lost.'

'I take the responsibility of creating a safe and positive space for fans very seriously, and I've failed in that today. Thank you for making your voices heard. I will be rededicating myself to examining my language and behavior so that this failure will never be repeated.'

The She-Ra and the Princesses of Power showrunner had been through several controversies regarding the live discussion with her fellow crew members when an inside joke about some cartoon characters came up public.

The discussion featured Stevenson's sentences like "There's like Oboe and he plays the oboe, and Gogh -- like Van Gogh -- and he's missing an ear,' and '[Sam] would come up and just be like, 'Which one of Bow's brothers likes to till the fields?' I'm like, 'Which one, Sam?' and he's like, 'Sow.' Sam was very big on puns." It soon gained intense critics, and the cartoonist was called out for perpetuating racist stereotypes about Afro-Americans.
