The Oscar-nominated actress, Naomie Harris, has shared with You magazine how she also had the #MeToo Incident and recalled how she was groped by a huge star during an audition and no one in the room said anything about it though they clearly noticed the assault.

She shared, “What was so shocking about it was the casting director was there and the director, and of course no-one said anything because he was – he is – such a huge star. That was my only #MeToo incident, so I felt very lucky given how rife that behavior was.”

The actress also acknowledged the MeToo movement’s positive changes in the industry by saying, “Now things have definitely changed: I was on a project where there was MeToo incident and there was no hesitation…[the preparator] was immediately removed.” She added, “The MeToo movement has had a huge impact – rightfully, thankfully – on society and these films should reflect that as everything we do should.”
