The rapper Lil Xan has confessed that his ex-manager, Rapper Stat Quo, was the one to blame for supplying him the same prescription drugs that almost killed him.
He further explained his reason to quit Stat Quo and made allegations in a video posted on 29 December via Instagram where he compared his situation to the late Lil Peep who died of overdose drug in 2017.
He said, “Do you guys remember the whole Lil Peep story when his management was giving him drugs and it just wasn’t helping out and all that? That happened to me on tour. My manager, well I don’t even like to call him my manager anymore, Stat Quo. Because when I was on tour through 2018 to two thousand whatever, the world tours with Nicki Minaj and Juice WRLD and all that. I was a drug addict back then, right. And my manager was supplying me with the drugs.”
The rapper also gave details about how he was hospitalized after overdosing on Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in 2018 and talked about it with 60 Minutes last August saying, “i was taking enough benzos to take down an elephant. I was probably taking... 12 two milligrams to 14 two milligrams a day. I was really bad....I looked in the mirror and I'm like, if I keep doing this, I'm gonna die soon. So I just quit, cold turkey. And I actually ended up having a few seizures. And I landed in hospital.”
Lil Peep also posted a follow-up explaining further his reasons to quit Stat Quo and wrote, “So glad I could finally bring this story to light. I am putting 100% blame on him? No I was a drug addict how could I ! Am I telling you that he was doing nothing but speeding up my drug use by supplying my the very pills that could’ve killed me? YES! I’m making this public because I know in my heart this happens way too often and it’s how we end up losing some of the greatest artist way too young.”
He added, “These people must answer for there crimes, I remember days on tour my security would have to check on me to see if I was still breathing! But as long as I was medicated enough to get on stage and make that bag for me and the team everything was all good lol what a joke.”

Lil Xan Dating Life With Girlfriend Annie Smith
Lil Xan and his girlfriend, Annie Smith had announced in 2019 that they were expecting a baby and after two months of announcement, the pair had shared that Annie suffered from miscarriages. However, many people doubted their pregnancy news and some alleged that their ultrasounds were taken from Google.
The rapper first shared the news of pregnancy via Instagram and wrote how felt so happy and had invited all to the gender reveal party. The news came just five months of his breakup from his ex-girlfriend, Noah Cyrus.
The rumors of their fake pregnancy even made the rapper doubt and he once revealed in an podcast with No Jumper and said, “I did not fake a pregnancy. I saw two pregnancy tests with the line that said, ‘You’re pregnant’ and I was like, Okay so she’s definitely pregnant. But, I mean, I didn’t watch her pee. Then I looked up if you fake a pregnancy test. I mean, it’s pretty easy.”
He went on, “There’s definitely things that are questionable. I really did start seeing a belly. It pisses me off because if I'm right, people are like, Lil Xan faked his pregnancy, when I literally was with everyone else thinking that I had a baby on the way. I was like, I need the paperwork of the miscarriage that you had. This is another suspicious thing - I was like, ‘Go down to the hospital – because it’s on our street – and get the paperwork saying you had a miscarriage, but she came back saying , ‘Oh, I have to do this process ad s-’ it really gets you thinking, you know what I mean? I want to give her the benefit of the doubt.”
He also talked about his status of his relationship with Annie Smith and said, “It’s just complicated as f—k right now, we in limbo or some s—t. I want to date another celebrity. I think imma go, like, the famous model route, like real famous model.”
