Kerstin Lindquist's Fitness Routine And Weight Loss

Living a healthy life and being fit is very challenging for Kerstin Lindquist. As a family woman, doing a full-time job at the QVC program and finding a fitness routine can be tough; however, the acclaimed journalist has all sorted out for herself.

For Lindquist, workout and fitness mean to manage stress and have weight loss. And for around eight years, she has been doing some types of exercises by herself, which lasts for twenty minutes.

Lindquist has some style tricks for maintaining an active lifestyle. She says:

"My main style is athleisure. I like how it looks and fits—plus I don’t have to change out of my clothes if I want to squeeze in a workout. Dry shampoo is also a lifesaver if you don’t have time to wash your hair after a workout. It’s a whole lifestyle."

As per Kerstin Lindquist, she sticks into several workouts as she gets bored if she follows only one type of exercise. Moreover, she does a partial yoga class and the Total Gym in her basement. For the strength training, she gives 20 to 30 minutes to the Total Gym.
