Losing love might be something, but losing the baby is like giving up living for mothers. Notably, the Real Housewives of Orange County's alum Kara Keough is feeling the same in recent days as her second baby, McCoy died while giving birth on 6 April 2020.

Well, we know mourning can not heal the injury that mothers deal with when they lose their kids. However, Kara rose above grief and paid tribute to her late son McCoy through an emotional picture of her and husband, Kyle Bosworth embracing the little kid.

Kara also added some heart touching lines on her picture. She wrote:

"You would have been 3 weeks old today. You would be “waking up” and showing us more of you. I would be getting the hang of being a mom of two. My milk would be regulated to your schedule. Your sister would be asking questions about your belly button and you would have peed on her at least once by now."

She further mentioned the flaws of her emotion:

"Daddy would be sending texts to his football buddies about how our giant baby boy could probably already out-lift them. We would be laughing that you never fit into newborn diapers, not even for one day. I’d be exhausted, leaking, and happy.
Instead... we’re missing you.
To all my fellow “instead” mamas.... thank you for reminding me that we’re not alone and that we can survive this. He didn’t, but we have to. And we will."

Just a few days before, Kara and her husband, Kyle had donated McCoy's organs and tissues.

The news of Kara losing her second child during labor swirled back early April 2020. McCoy was born on 6 April 2020 weighing 11 pounds and 4 ounces and measuring 21 inches. He was born with shoulder dystocia, which became the key cause of his death.
