In his career extending a little over half a decade, John Boyega has been a part of several movies. He made his movie debut playing the role of a drug dealer named Jamal in the 2011 film Junkhearts.
He later went on to star in more critically and commercially movies like Detroit, Imperial Dreams, Attack the Block, Half of a Yellow Sun, Pacific Rim: Uprising, The Circle, My Murder, The Whale, and more.
John's big breakthrough came when he was cast for the part of Finn in the 2015 installment of the Star Wars franchise, Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens. He reprised his role in the 2017's Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
