Jillian Michaels Engaged To Girlfriend DeShanna Marie Minuto

Jillian Michaels announced her engagement to her girlfriend of three years, DeShanna Marie Minuto, via her Instagram. She shared a photo of them caressing each other and showing a massive engagement ring and wrote, “1153 days…here’s to thousands more. She said ‘yes!’” Her fiancée, Minuto, also shared the same photo in a black and white filter and simply wrote “YES” as a caption.

According to People, Jillian initiated the proposal with a 7-carat emerald-cut diamond created by a family friend and a jeweler at Miami’s H&H Jewelers and said, “This woman has revealed herself to be strong beyond measure, wise beyond her years, and loving beyond my wildest dreams. I am so grateful to officially call her mine.”

DeShanna Marie Minuto is a fashion designer and founder of Letterino, which features reconstructed vintage jackets based out of New York City. The price ranges from $750 in their custom jackets, including hand embroidery.

Jillian went public with her split from fiancée Heidi Rhoades and wrote, “Heidi and I have found we’re better friends and parents living apart than staying together.” The two ended their domestic partnership and had to hammer out the custody agreement of their two children, daughter Lukensia, 10, and son, Phoenix, 7. As per the legal documents, Michaels would pay $2.4 million to Rhoades and an additional $2000 per month as an advance in child support. Furthermore, Jillian kept the $5.8 million Malibu mansion, and Rhoades kept a $2 million home in Topanga, Calif.

Her ex-fiancee was a music manager and is now a well-known yoga instructor and was in a relationship with Michaels from 2009 to 2020.

Just a few months later, Jillian was involved with her now fiancée. The pair shared their trips to Japan, Belize and Spain together on their Instagram.

DeShanna has also posted about working out with her fiancée Jillian this summer and wrote, “I attempted to train with Jill, first day post workout women at the front desk asked me if I was okay I was not. So we’re trying to do something different today.”

As per some reports, Deshanna sure loves to ride horses and has a delicate wrist tattoo.

Jillian Michaels, 36, has shared with Women’s Health magazine that she’s been in love with both and has admitted wanting kids but would rather adopt than birth her own, saying she can’t handle doing that to her body. She added, “Also when you rescue something, it’s like rescuing a part of yourself.”
