Jennifer Griffin

Don't be afraid to defy anything when you are right. Recently, the Fox News correspondent Jennifer Griffin defied the call from President Donald Trump and fired back at him as Trump managed to question her reporting. Griffing, who is a Fox News national security correspondent, phoned Neil Cavuto's show on 5 September 2020 and defended her "straight down the middle" reporting and her sources.

Speaking with Cavuto on Saturday, Griffin mentioned, 'I can tell you that my sources are unimpeachable. I feel very confident in what we have reported at Fox.' Moreover, she stood by the credibility of her sources, citing that they are not anonymous to her. However, they are anonymous to the President, she doubts.

She further explained how Trump destroyed people who cross his path and how he weaponized the social media platform, Twitter. 'I'm a reporter, and it was my job to report what I heard,' she added.

Jennifer Griffin backfired on President Donald Trump after he pushed back against her as she backed up the allegations reported in a controversial story by The Altlantic that accused Trump of disparaging slain U.S. military veterans.

Trump also called on Fox News to fire Griffin; however, her colleagues backed her up through several tweets.
