The husband of former Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans was arrested for driving with a revoked license on Friday night. Jenelle’s husband, David Eason is due to appear in court on 16 February 2022 and is also scheduled to appear in court over separate citations for driving with a revoked license, expired registration tag, and speeding out of Pender County on 9 February 2022.

Jenelle accidentally had revealed her husband, Eason, had his license revoked over an unpaid seatbelt ticket while fighting with an internet troll on her TikTok comment section. She wrote, “In the state of NC, they will SUSPEND your license until you pay your tickets off. So it was never revoked and only suspended for 2 days.” then the troll responded, “Oh so now you’re admitting he lost his license.”

Her husband, Eason was also arrested for assault with a deadly weapon in June 2020. He struck one of his wife’s male friends, James Spivey in the back of the neck and on the back after a misunderstanding about keys and allegedly shouted at him saying, “ I will blow your f-king brains out.”

Jenelle and David started dating in 2015 and got married in September 2017 at their North Carolina home. they have a daughter named Ensley Jolie Evans born on 24 January 2017.

In October 2018, Jenelle accused her husband of assault as she told 911 that he pinned her down on the ground in the yard and heard her collarbone crack and couldn’t move her arms. She also claimed David got violent because he was drinking and later in December rumors were spread about their split as they unfollowed each other on Instagram. But Jenelle wrote via her Instagram, ”Lmfao Married couples doesn’t mean they are splitting up.#RUMORS My mom isn’t even friends with me on social media. Why does social media determine someone’s life?”

In 2019, Eason admitted to killing her dog Nugget claiming that it nipped at their daughter. He wrote, “ whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I don’t put up with that s—t at all. I'm all about protecting my family, it is my life’s mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me.”

Then MTV cut all ties with Evans but she still stood by her husband’s side and when a fan had asked her if it was a hard decision for her to stay with Eason she told, “ Honestly yes, we were on bad terms for almost a week. Didn’t talk much. He knows how upset it made me. Now that we are getting over this incident, our relationship has gotten a lot stronger. David has completed anger management as well.”

However, later in October 2019, she announced her split from Eason after two years of marriage writing on Instagram,

“The kids and I have moved away from David. Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that’s what is best for me and for my kids. Today I've filled papers to start that process. I appreciate the support from everybody who has asked how I am. Me and the kids are doing great. We need some time to be together. But you’ll hear from us again soon.”

Later in March 2020, Jenelle revealed on a Youtube Q&A video that she has moved back to North Carolina with her kids and told viewers that David had never abused her or the children. Her husband, Eason also posted a picture on his Instagram writing, "You will always be the love of my life @jevans1219. I'm so happy that we have become so close and bonded recently. Here's to a lifetime of our own kind of quarantine, boat rides, ATV trails, living off the land, etc. I don’t think we are going to have a hard time staying secluded lol we already have been for a while.”

Evans was previously engaged to Nathan Griffin with whom she has a son, Kaiser. She had dated Andrew Lewis and had a son named Jace.

In an interview with Pop Culture, she expressed, “ I have a lot of show ideas – a lot of different reality show ideas. Kind of like Bachelor-like style ideas, dating ideas, you know young mom ideas basically -- I wouldn’t say teenagers though.”
