Everly Tatum's parents agreed on sharing custody of her following their divorce. Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan, who separated back in April 2018, finalized their divorce after nearly a couple of years in January 2020. In their divorce settlement, the ex-lovebirds agreed to split custody 50/50 and also the division of holidays between each home.
Along with the agreement, Everly will not be featured in any social media posts for 'any for-profit posts' by any of her parents, which includes advertisements, sponsorships, or social media campaigns. But Channing and Jenna are allowed to post the family pictures.

Two months back in November 2019, Channing had asked the judge to mention holiday custody for their daughter. There were several rumors that Channing was not supporting the child custody from his side.
However, rep from Channing denied the talks claiming that there is a very specific joint account to cover Everly's expenses.
