The music video directed by Lewis Carter shows Emile trying a choreographed routine in a parking lot, and the video ends with her elevated above her circle of fellow dancers looking into the sky.

Emily Sande had announced her engagement with her longtime boyfriend without revealing his name and information in January 2012. However, they got married on 15 September 2012, and the secret boyfriend, then-husband, was a marine biologist Adam Gouragine, and after two years, the two were reported to have gone their separate ways divorcing.

The pair dated each other in 2004 when Emile had a gap year before enrolling in college. They were literally childhood sweethearts, and when the time came to separation, Emile definitely had a hard time and suffered from extreme anxieties and depression. She even once shared in an interview,

“I was on tour all the time and I think it was quite unfair of me to want his world to fit into my life so much. He’d come on tour and then he’d go away for three months on a marine biology expedition somewhere. When we caught up it was great and we could tell each other stories, but it was almost like we were living our lives away from each other and growing into different people.”

Emile has a tattoo tribute to her ex-husband Adam that says ‘I love you Adam’ in Siberian on her left breastbone, having no intentions to have it get removed. In an interview, she even talked about him, saying, “There’s definitely love there.“

The Heaven singer had been with her ex-husband for almost seven years, having first met in Aberdeen. She got married to him secretly in a small ceremony in his homeland, Montenegro. She had plans of taking her husband’s surname, saying, “I want to be part of his life and his family, so I want to add his surname. I want to be part of his tradition. I grew up in a family of two different cultural backgrounds, so I embraced both.”

The British singer opened up about nearly quitting the music industry as she struggled to deal with the success of her debut album and her marriage. She shared, “I knew I’d never break away from music, but I felt that if people didn’t want to see me singing, then I could do other things.”

Then she got in a relationship with rapper and producer Hypo after meeting through common friends and dated until 2017, maintaining a professional friendship. After that short relationship, she talked about how she was ready for another love and felt comfortable with herself.

Emile had shared her sentiments regarding new love and kids with The Sun back in 2017, saying, “there’s maturity that I think you need for marriage, and I feel like I’ve reached that level, I hope, now. I think it would be fun. I mean, I imagine the children are so perfect, like they just love watching me write songs and sitting silently. That’s the dream.”
