The TV personality, Ed Gamble had talked about his weight loss journey with the public and revealed that he managed to lose six stone in a few months. He shared that he didn't do a crazy crash diet but just changed his lifestyle and stopped binge eating, and boozing for a while.

He told, "I just changed my lifestyle-stopped binge eating crap, and stopped drinking for a while and it just fell."

He shared that he got into exercising and enjoyed it a lot and said that his decision to lose weight came with more TV shows. He added, "I thought it might be good to drop a few pounds."

He also shared about his diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes when he was just 13 years old. He also shared that his mother was a nurse and often is thirsty and needs frequent trips to the loo.

The comedian has talked about his diagnosis and even turned it into a comedy show called Blood Sugar! He also shared the revolutionary Dexcom G6 to monitor his glucose levels and explained that he is more in tune after he changed his unhealthy lifestyle. The total cost of the Decom G6 transmitter is about $6,000 a year and the device is available to patients over 2 years of age.

Ed Gamble is engaged to Charlie Jamison in 2018 after dating for more than 12 years. They were set up on a date after meeting through mutual friends back in 2010. Ed had her ring designed by one of her won friends who is a jeweler.

Ed had also talked about not wanting to get married saying on the podcast, "I always talked about not wanting to get married, but I talked about not being for the institution of marriage. I am still not for the institution of marriage, I am for my marriage and my marriage alone."

However, his marriage was postponed three times due to the Covid-19 pandemic as it was originally planned in 2020. And of course, it wasn't."
