The movie features two friends Bobby Soto as David Cuevas, and Shia LaBeouf, as Creeper, who makes money by collecting debts from area gangsters. However, the Mexican gangster, their rival, reappears in Los Angeles after a decade and makes an offer that can not be refused. The story revolves around the crime-world as well as a massacre.
