Though she is partially disabled (on terms), she is not mentally deteriorated. She has a great mentality and will power, and she proved it via her dance amid she had to amputate her leg three weeks ago. The 32-year-old Miss Columbia 2011 shared her dancing video on her Instagram with her favorite partner Ricki Alvarez.
The Alvarez-siblings-duo performed a dance in Elvis Crespo's 'Besos de Coral' and also sashayed and twirled with huge smiles on their faces.
'Swinging life with my favorite partner,' she wrote as a caption to her post.

What Happened To Daniella Alvarez's Leg?
Daniella Alvarez, 32, had a lump on her abdomen for which she underwent surgery three weeks back. However, she dealt with several complications after when the blood to her left leg cut off.
During the medical treatment, the blood did not flow down to her left leg, and it was the reason for the amputation of her leg.

When the surgical groups of Fundacion Cardioinfantil Hospital in Bogota, Colombia, noticed the disorders during the treatment, they quickly got rid of her left leg to minimize further complications.
As per doctors, the lump on her abdomen had wrapped around Alvarez's aorta, which caused ischemia.
The former Miss Columbia came off with an announcement on her Instagram, stating the procedures of operations she would go through. She wrote:
"I want to share with all of you the new me, I love my body the same as before and am happy to be in the world and be able to tackle all of the new challenges that lay ahead. I know that with God’s help everything is possible. ‘Feet, why do I need them when I have wings to fly’ 😊🙏🙏 let’s keep moving forward."
Since then, she had been sharing and updating every fact about her surgery via Instagram. Eventually, she had a leg amputation, and now she is doing great. Well, you can say it after viewing her latest dancing video on Instagram.

Nevertheless, the 32-year-old model, who stands at the height of 5 feet and 5 inches tall, is living her life happily despite the recent surgery.
