We have known Charlie Kaufman as a screenwriter with his several credits ranging from Get a Life, Adaptation to Synecdoche, New York, and How and Why. He has announced his upcoming project, I'm Thinking of Ending Things, which is a psychological horror film.
Although the movie had already been announced and been on production, it got it's release date lately.
The upcoming horror film will be released on Netflix on 24 September 2020. It is based on Iain Reid's novel, which plots the story of a young man taking his girlfriend to visit his parents on the farm.

However, in between their journey, they meet up with unexpected circumstances where the film sums up its story. Kaufman has added some horror flavor and spices in the flow of the movie, I'm Thinking of Ending Things.
To be precise, I'm Thinking of Ending Things is kind of an exploration of regret and the fragility of the human spirit. Like Kaufman previously did to the 2002's Adaptation, he is likely to change up the source materials of the upcoming project as well.
Several artists, including Jesse Plemons (portraying Jake), Toni Collette (Jake's mother), David Thewlis (Jake's Dad), Jessie Buckley (Jake's girlfriend), Jason Ralph, Colby Minifie, and others are the cast of I'm Thinking of Ending Things.
