Dance was seen with his new girlfriend in Venice on 5 September 2020. A day before, they were spotted sharing a passionate kiss on the sea beach.
Dance, who stands at the height of 6 feet and 3 inches tall, donned a grey shirt with blue pants while his new Italian film producer girlfriend, Alessandra Masi, wore a lovely blue floral midi-dress. The new lovebirds walked hand in hand in the streets of Venice, Italy.

Dance and Masi first met in 2018 while he acted in the art movie, The Book of Vision, and they were rumored of dating since then. But, they went public with their relationship on 3 September 2020 during the 77th Film Festival.
His girlfriend, Alessandra Masi, was the unit production manager of the movie, which was shot in Italy.

Charles Dance, age 73, is currently not married. But he was once married to Joanna Haythorn.
Charles and his ex-wife Haythorn were married for nearly three and a half-decades. They had a wedding in 1970 and were in a relationship until 2004 for thirty-four years to be precise.
